Brooks Pierce Media Attorneys Author Survey of North Carolina Privacy and Related Claims Against the Media

The Brooks Pierce Media and Communications Law Team has authored the North Carolina Chapter in Media Privacy & Related Law, 2015-16: Reports from All Fifty States, the Federal Courts of Appeal, U.S. Territories, and Canada, published by the Media Law Resource Center, Inc..  Attorneys Charles Coble, Eric David, David Kushner, Tim Nelson, Mark Prak, and Marcus Trathen collaborated on the manuscript. The MLRC website describes the report:
