Brooks Pierce partner Sue Young has moved her practice to the firm's Raleigh office, adding to its growing corporate law practice in Raleigh.
Young focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate governance matters, corporate finance and general business law. She received her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2004 and her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1999. Prior to attending Wake Forest University School of Law, Young was a certified public accountant with Arthur Anderson LLP in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
