Coe Ramsey to Present at International Bluegrass Music Association's 2015 Business Conference

Brooks Pierce Partner Coe Ramsey will lead a session at the International Bluegrass Music Association's upcoming 2015 Business Conference being held in Raleigh from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1. Coe's session, Band 101: So You Want to Start a Band, will help bluegrass artists and their management and counsel navigate legal issues related to band structure, band name ownership and trademarking, and numerous contractual and intellectual property issues. His session will be one of four offered to lawyers, artists, bands, labels, publishers, agents, promoters, and others in the bluegrass industry seeking to expand their knowledge of current legal issues and trends. Lawyers who attend can receive four hours of CLE credit.
