Brooks Pierce partners Arty Bolick and Charles Coble gave a presentation entitled “A Legal Primer for Architects: Liability Risks and Contract Issues” at the North Carolina State School of Design on August 13.

The event was sponsored by the Triangle chapter of the American Institute for Architects and served as continuing education for the attending architects.

Arty and Charles practice in the area of Construction Law and have particular experience with Construction Manager at Risk (CM @ Risk) arrangements.
