Brooks Pierce partner Wade Hargrove spoke at the National Association of Broadcasters Annual Convention in Las Vegas on April 14, 2008.

Hargrove spoke on the issue of negotiation between television stations and satellite and cable television companies for retransmission of television broadcast signals.
