Jean Brooks practices primarily in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities and banking law. She also has experience with public and private financing transactions, including venture capital, private placement and capital market transactions. In 2007, Jean taught "Business Planning" at Wake Forest University School of Law.
