Jim W. Phillips Jr. is Focus of 2008 North Carolina Super Lawyers Feature Story

The article, "Jim Phillips is the most plugged-in attorney in North Carolina," details Phillips' lengthy public service to the state, including his current role as Chairman of the University of North Carolina Board of Governors and his work with former North Carolina Governor Jim Hunt.
