Edgar Fisher has more than 50 years of experience in real estate and has worked extensively with developers in land acquisition, formation of the legal entity, and closing of the mortgage loan. He also counsels clients in estate planning and administration.
Edgar represents developers in land acquisition, disposal of land, closing mortgage loans, leasing, commercial leases for businesses, and other general real estate issues. Edgar also serves as an adjunct professor for Elon Law School and teaches a class on real estate transactions.
Edgar works closely with clients on estate planning and administration, and has extensive experience drafting wills and trust agreements.

When I’m not practicing law, I love to spend time with my three children and eight grandchildren. One of my children shares my passion for law and practices in Charlotte. I also love being outdoors – I’m an avid gardener, and enjoy fishing, playing golf and vacationing at the beach.
