Drew Moretz is a member of the government relations team, providing public policy advice and legislative strategy to clients in a variety of industries. His experience prepares him to effectively communicate for the firm’s clients to legislators, state regulatory agencies, and members of the executive branch.

My Practices

  • Drew brings over two decades of experience in various advocacy and business roles to bear for clients, developing legislative strategies and advising on public policy. He appears before state regulatory agencies, legislators, and the governor’s office to lobby for clients’ specific interests.

    Prior to joining Brooks Pierce, Drew served as vice president of state government relations for the University of North Carolina System and vice president of government relations for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce. He also formerly served in Washington, DC as a Legislative Assistant to Congressman Howard Coble of North Carolina.
