Brooks Pierce attorney Adam Tarleton will present at the 2019 North Carolina Bar Association Business Law and International Law & Practice Sections annual meeting in Pinehurst, North Carolina on Feb. 15.
Tarleton’s presentation, entitled “Choice of Entity After the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act,” will discuss the impact of the 2017 tax law on business structure and entity choice decisions.
Working with entrepreneurs, family businesses, and nonprofits, Tarleton provides counsel on tax, estate planning, and business matters to help his clients protect and preserve their wealth and achieve their personal and financial goals. He is a Board Certified Specialist in Estate Planning from the North Carolina Board of Legal Specialization.
