Ben Davis to Address Elder Abuse at North Carolina Bankers Association's Workshop

Ben Davis, a partner in Brooks Pierce’s Raleigh office, will speak at the North Carolina Bankers Association (NCBA) At Risk Persons & Elder Financial Abuse Workshop in Durham on April 17.

Davis’ presentation, entitled “Elder Financial Abuse: What Banks Need to Know,” will provide banks with practical steps they can take to protect themselves and their customers against the growing threat of financial abuse against senior citizens.

Davis advises banks and other financial institutions on a variety of issues related to financial institution services and operations as well as regulatory compliance issues such as data security, payment systems and consumer protection.
