Brooks Pierce partner Bob Singer will present at the North Carolina Bankers Association’s 2018 Bank Directors Assembly on Monday, March 5 in Raleigh.
The session, titled “How Then Shall We Bank?” will discuss the best thinking of bankers, consultants, financial technology partners, competitors and regulators about the alternatives available to community banks in the rapidly evolving world of digital platforms. Singer will also address the risks banks face when choosing, or not choosing, one of those alternatives.
Singer has over 30 years of experience representing financial institutions on a wide range of corporate, regulatory and operational issues. He also advises his clients on strategic initiatives and in the negotiation and closing of large commercial loans. He is widely recognized as a leader in banking and finance law and serves as counsel to the North Carolina Bankers Association.
