Brooks Pierce attorneys Natalie Sanders and Jessi Thaller-Moran recently participated in UBS Financial Services’ 30 at 3 phone call series.
The presentation, “Returning Employees to Work in a COVID-19 World,” focused on three main categories employers should be thinking about as they return employees to work, including preparing the workplace and facilities, practical matters associated with returning employees to work and complying with new COVID-19 laws.
Sanders provides counsel and defense to businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship. Her 24 years of experience as an attorney, operations manager, entrepreneur, and community volunteer allow her to relate well to management and provide nuanced guidance in complex matters.
Thaller-Moran focuses her practice on employment law and litigation, counseling employers on compliance with state and federal laws. She also uses her experience in the North Carolina Business Court to develop strategies for clients embroiled in a wide range of complex business litigation disputes, helping clients to think creatively about opportunities for resolution and zealously advocating for their interests in court when the need arises.
