Brooks Pierce Partner to Participate in Association for Corporate Growth’s Deal Discussion

Brooks Pierce partner Mark Davidson will participate in the Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) upcoming deal discussion. The event will be held Feb. 12 at the O. Henry Hotel in Greensboro.

Davidson will interview Byron Loflin of the Center for Board Excellence regarding Nasdaq’s recent acquisition of the Center and the Center’s role in advising the boards of directors of many of the country’s largest companies on corporate governance matters.

Founded in 1954, the ACG has chapters worldwide representing 14,500 members. ACG serves 90,000 investors, owners, executives, lenders and advisers to growing middle-market companies.
