Partner Coe W. Ramsey will participate in a panel discussing the legal aspects of the music business on February 7 at Deep South the Bar, a live music venue in Raleigh.
The talk is part of a monthly series titled "ANGLES: A Music Business Panel Discussion Series," hosted by Deep South Entertainment. The discussions feature music industry professionals tackling various issues involved in creating, producing and selling music. February's panel will address such issues as organization documents needed when starting a band, registering copyrighted material, licensing, trademarks and contracts for artists, managers, and songwriters.
