Craig Schauer to Address N.C. Sheriff Chaplains Association on Free Speech Rights

Brooks Pierce attorney Craig Schauer will discuss free speech and religious liberty issues at the N.C. Sheriff Chaplains Association's annual training conference being held October 5 in Lenoir, North Carolina.  The presentation will focus on how sheriff chaplains can practice their beliefs while ministering to deputies who might have different beliefs.  He will also detail the chaplains' free speech rights and help them understand the legal limitations of those rights in their roles.
