Fruth, an MIT and UC Berkeley-trained engineer and attorney, will deliver a presentation entitled “Start-Up Ventures: What’s Law Got to Do With It?”, which will outline several legal issues where start-ups need legal advice, such as identifying and protecting intellectual property, raising money (legally), and protecting data on the cloud.
The event will commence at 5:30 with a reception, with the presentation beginning at 6. Interested attendees can get more information and reserve their place by checking out the event’s page on Eventbrite here.
