Brooks Pierce partner David Sar will speak about copyright law to a Master of Fine Arts class at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro on Monday, Oct. 31. The class is taught by Terry L. Kennedy, associate director of the Master of Fine Arts Writing Program at UNC-Greensboro.
Sar counsels clients in nearly every area of intellectual property, and handles business transactions involving trademarks, patents, copyrights, trade secrets and technology. In 2014, he was named "Lawyer of the Year" in Greensboro for Litigation – Intellectual Property by The Best Lawyers in America©.
