Ed Winslow, former managing partner for Brooks Pierce, will speak at a program of the North Carolina Bar Association titled "The State of Our Profession and Professional Responsibilities." The panel is being held at the North Carolina Bar Center in Cary on Friday, October 21.
Among the topics included in the discussion are: generational differences and the practice of law, attorney wellness, the results of the recent American Bar Association study on the state of the legal profession, and mentoring. Winslow, who has spoken and written extensively on law firm practice management and the challenges facing the legal profession, is one of nine scheduled speakers.
