Eric Fletcher and Tanisha Palvia Present Webinar on 2020 Election Discussions in the Workplace
Brooks Pierce attorneys Eric Fletcher and Tanisha Palvia will present a webinar on political discussions in the workplace for the Kiwanis Club of Greensboro on Oct. 22.
The presentation, “What People Need to Know About Political Discussions in the Workplace,” will provide information on legal rights, risks and best practices regarding discussions of politics at work.
Fletcher helps clients with litigation and compliance relating to state and federal campaigns and elections. He has represented and counseled clients in litigation relating to redistricting, voter identification and other election-related matters. Fletcher also advises corporations and individuals engaged in state and federal political activity to ensure that their conduct complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Palvia represents individuals and organizations facing governmental investigations, white-collar criminal charges and civil litigation. She also uses her background as a former Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan to guide her in conducting internal investigations. Palvia is also well-versed in civil and criminal proceedings and has extensive bench and jury trial experience.
