Brooks Pierce Partner Darrell Fruth will appear on a panel at the February 18, 2016 Business Law Institute. The Pinehurst meeting is jointly planned by the North Carolina Bar Association's Business Law and International Law Practice Sections. Fruth's panel is called "IP Issue Spotting for the Business Attorney: A Panel discussion on Identifying, Protecting and Managing Your Client's Intellectual Property." Jayne Hunter will appear as a co-panelist, and Kathleen Lynch will moderate the panel.
