Jennifer Van Zant to Present at the 2016 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Annual Meeting

Brooks Pierce Partner Jennifer Van Zant will appear on a panel at the February 11, 2016 Antitrust & Complex Business Disputes Law Section Annual Meeting. The Cary meeting is will address the "latest in complex business and Chapter 75 Litigation." Van Zant's panel is called "Update on Business Court Rules and Business Court Modernization Act."  Tim Lendino and Stephen Feldman will appear as a co-panelists.
