Justin Outling, a partner in Brooks Pierce’s Greensboro office and a member of the Greensboro City Council, participated in Leadership Greensboro’s Economic Development Day panel on Jan. 15. The panel, moderated by Greensboro Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Brent Christensen, explored the impact of local big businesses on greater Greensboro.
During the hour-long panel, participants shared their insight and experience in the economic development industry, ranging from development and corporate needs to city decisions and lifestyle impacts.
Outling, who focuses his practice on business litigation and white-collar criminal defense, helps businesses and professionals across a variety of industries with matters such as breach of contract, unfair competition and trade practices, fraud, shareholder disputes and commercial financing. A Greensboro City Councilman since 2015, he was named to the Greensboro News & Record’s “Top 20 People of Influence” in 2017 and the Triad Business Journal’s “40 Leaders Under 40” in 2016.
