Brooks Pierce partner Justin Outling will address attendees at the Greensboro Bar Association’s member meeting on Nov. 15 in Greensboro.
The presentation, entitled “Making Greensboro,” will provide an overview of Greensboro’s developmental history, an assessment of recent growth, along with a discussion of future economic development plans. The Greensboro Bar Association (GBA), seeks to ensure the recognition of Greensboro’s attorneys while promoting various community outreach programs.
Outling focuses his practice on business litigation and white-collar criminal defense, representing clients in matters involving breaches of contract, unfair competition and trade practices, fraud claims, shareholder disputes, commercial financing and governmental investigations. A UNC-Greensboro alumni and active member of the Greensboro community, Outling has served as a councilman for the City of Greensboro since 2015. He also serves on the board of visitors for the UNC-Greensboro and on the board of directors for the Hospice Foundation of Greater Greensboro and Greensboro Downtown Parks, Inc.
