Kearns Davis, Brooks Pierce partner and president of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA), recently spoke to the Wake County Bar Association and the High Point Bar Association.
At both events, Davis updated bar association members on the public service activities of the NCBA, including the efforts of the NCBA Young Lawyers Division in providing disaster relief to hundreds of victims of Hurricane Matthew. He also provided insight into the work of the North Carolina Commission on the Administration of Law and Justice, which is expected to issue its final report this month. Davis serves as a member of the Commission's Criminal Investigation and Adjudication Committee.
