Kearns Davis Presents on White-Collar Crime at Criminal Justice Section Annual Meeting

Kearns Davis will serve as a panelist for the White Collar Crime Panel during the North Carolina Bar Association Criminal Justice Section's Annual Meeting on November 18, 2011.

"Criminal Conversation: The Ultimate CLE" will take place at the Grandover Resort and Conference Center in Greensboro. The meeting has been approved for 6.25 hours of CLE credit, including 1.0 hour of ethics/professionalism credit.

Speakers and panelists from various backgrounds will discuss jury selection, State and Federal case law and legislative updates, DWI, DNA, white collar crime and more.
