Brooks Pierce attorney Mark Prak appeared at the 34th Annual “Representing Your Local Broadcaster” conference at the ABA’s Forum on Communications Law. The event was held on April 12 at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas.
Prak moderated a panel called “Brave New World: Communications Policy Issues for 2015.” The panelists included Jerald Fritz of One Media, Rebecca Hanson of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Davina Sashkin of Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth, and Patrick McFadden of the National Association of Broadcasters.
