Mark Prak to Present at Best Practices Licensing and Regulation Program For the Iraq Communications and Media Commission

Mark Prak will be a featured speaker on Friday, September 6, 2013 at the Best Practices Licensing and Regulation Program For the Iraq Communications and Media Commission.  Mr. Prak's comprehensive 3 hour presentation will provide our Iraqi guests with an overview of the regulation of mass media regulation (broadcast, cable, satellite, internet, and print media) in the United States.  He will also discuss the metamorphosis of US First Amendment jurisprudence, comparing and contrasting differences in our speech traditions with those of other nations.

This program is organized by the United States Department of Commerce Commercial Law Development Program and will be held September 3-13, 2013 in Washington, D.C.
