Brooks Pierce attorney Bob Singer presented a real property seminar to members of the North Carolina Bankers Association on August 27, 2012 in Raleigh, NC.
The presentation focused on OREO regulatory and compliance issues and the bank's rights, roles, and responsibilities with regard to occupied OREO, evictions, and personal property.
Bob has practiced in the areas of banking, mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, 1934 Act reporting, venture capital transactions, and general corporate matters since 1979. He maintains an active practice in the representation of banking organizations, provides securities and corporate advice to a number of publicly-traded corporations, and advises Brooks Pierce's litigation practice in the defense of directors, auditors and others in securities cases.
