Brooks Pierce attorneys Mark Davidson and Melissa Bailey will present a webinar for Geneva Group International’s (GGI) Corporate Governance & Compliance Special Interest Group (SIG) on Sept. 28, 2021.
The webinar will address what business owners and advisors need to know about the U.S.’s new Corporate Transparency Act passed earlier this year.
Davidson plans, negotiates and documents a wide variety of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, entity organization, entity governance, debt and equity financing, executive compensation, partnership and corporate taxation and management/ownership succession.
