Langley has over 25 years of experience representing businesses in employment litigation in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, including discrimination matters, civil rights, executive compensation disputes, non-competition agreements and trade secret protection. She counsels employers of all sizes in an array of employment law issues including regulatory and statutory compliance, litigation avoidance and dispute resolution.
Troutman regularly counsels clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, employee management concerns, employment discrimination matters, Family and Medical Leave Act issues, and issues related to disability discrimination and accommodation claims.
