Brooks Pierce attorney Collins Saint will moderate a discussion for the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Young Lawyers Division (YLD) Lunch and Learn Series on March 17. The Lunch and Learn Series is a new four-part series for the NCBA YLD. Each part will feature a YLD liaison and council member who will discuss what it’s like to work in their practice area.
This series will discuss the practice of in-house counsel and feature Catherine Lane, general counsel for Noregon Systems, Inc., and Patricia Kelly, associate general counsel at Novant Health, Inc.
Saint is currently the YLD Bar Outreach Division Director and YLD American Bar Association State Bar Delegate. He represents businesses in a variety of industries to resolve disputes, litigating in state and federal court when necessary. Saint often focuses on diversity and civil rights issues, including issues related to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, and religion.
