Adam Tarleton Named to Triad Business Journal's 40 Leaders Under 40
Adam Tarleton, a partner in the Greensboro office of Brooks Pierce, has been named to the Triad Business Journal’s 40 Leaders Under 40, an annual listing of the region’s top young professionals.
The 2017 honorees were selected based on their professional and civic contributions. This year’s class was honored at an awards presentation on February 16.
Tarleton works with entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and nonprofits, providing counsel on tax and estate planning. He has been recognized as a “Rising Star” for estate and probate law by North Carolina Super Lawyers and as one of Business North Carolina’s “Legal Elite” for tax and estate planning.
A 2016 graduate of Leadership Greensboro, Tarleton is currently participating in the Z. Smith Reynolds Community Leadership Council. He also serves on the board of directors for the Green Hill Center for North Carolina Art and previously served on the board of directors for Ten Thousand Villages of Greensboro. Tarleton also volunteers with the Greensboro Women’s Resource Center’s Attorney Hotline.
“At Brooks Pierce, we encourage our attorneys to give back, personally and professionally,” said Reid Phillips, the firm’s managing partner. “We are proud of Adam for being recognized not just for the work he does for our clients, but also for the leadership he has shown in the community.”
