Beth Langley Named Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Nominations Committee
Brooks Pierce partner Beth Langley has been named chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s (NCBA) Nominations Committee.
The Nominations Committee is responsible for nominating a qualified member for each office of vice president to be elected at the Spring Meeting of the Board of Governors. They also nominate a qualified member for each position on the Board of Governors to be elected or appointed at the Annual Meeting.
Langley has over 25 years of experience counseling employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment law issues. She has represented businesses in employment litigation in matters involving civil rights, non-competition agreements and trade secret protection. Langley is currently a member of the NCBA Board of Governors. She is a member of the NCBA Development Committee and the board of directors for the North Carolina Bar Foundation.
