Brooks Pierce Attorney Appointed to Elon University School of Law Advisory Board

Brooks, Pierce, McLendon, Humphrey & Leonard, LLP is pleased to announce that Marc Bishop has been appointed to serve on the Elon Law Advisory Board.  The advisory board includes prominent judges, attorneys and business leaders who advise the university about the law school's development.

Bishop, a partner in the Greensboro office of Brooks Pierce, is very active in the community.  He has served and held leadership positions on numerous professional and civic boards including UNC Law Foundation, Business Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, Youth Focus, and Greensboro Sports Council. 

Bishop focuses his law practice in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general business representation. He represents operating businesses, business owners, entrepreneurs, borrowers, lenders, issuers and investors.
