Brooks Pierce Attorney Arty Bolick Joins Carrboro Arts Center Executive Committee
Brooks Pierce partner Arty Bolick has been named the secretary of the board of directors for The ArtsCenter of Carrboro. He joined the board in March.
The ArtsCenter has provided opportunities for children and adults to experience the arts since 1974 through classes for adults and youth, summer arts camps and afterschool arts immersion, family-friendly performances, artist residencies, school shows, concerts, theater productions and gallery exhibits.
Bolick is actively involved in the community, serving as the general counsel for the Chapel Hill-Carrboro Chamber of Commerce and as the immediate past chair of the Construction Professionals Network Institute, a nonprofit that uses the expertise of construction professionals to assist communities across North Carolina with physical and economic development. He has over two decades of experience in business litigation and construction law and is a certified mediator.
