Brooks Pierce attorney Justin Outling was recently profiled in “Made in Greensboro,” an initiative that celebrates the city’s up-and-coming entrepreneurs, community builders and next generation of leaders.
The Greensboro native and proud University of North Carolina at Greensboro alumnus spoke of his strong connection to the city and his decision to return after working in New York City. “Coming home to Greensboro was an easy choice. Here we have the combination of big city amenities and a small town feel,” said Outling.
He also praised his alma mater for supporting him personally and professionally. “I am an unabashedly proud Spartan alum. I am forever grateful for how UNCG helped to improve my life, as well as the lives of thousands of others and the City of Greensboro.”
Outling demonstrates his gratitude to Greensboro by serving as a City Councilman for District 3. He and his wife, Cora, also a UNCG alum, enjoy spending time in downtown Greensboro with their two children.
