Brooks Pierce Attorney Kim Marston Named to Board of Directors of the Guilford Green Foundation

Brooks Pierce attorney Kim Marston was recently named to the Guilford Green Foundation’s board of directors. The board is comprised of community members, donors, grantees and volunteers responsible for providing strategic leadership while directing various programmatic, administrative and fundraising events.

Concentrating its efforts on the LGBTQ community, the Guilford Green Foundation and LGBTQ Center is an organization committed to cultivating a safe, healthy and respectful environment in Guilford County. The foundation strives to promote diversity and inclusion by proactively working to understand the various intersectional needs and issues of each community in order to affect positive change.

Marston focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing businesses and professionals in state and federal courts, including the North Carolina Business Court. She is currently vice-chair of the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys’ Young Lawyers Committee, as well as a member of the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro Future Fund.
