Brooks Pierce Attorney Named Administrative Division Director of the NCBA Young Lawyers Division
Brooks Pierce Attorney Will Quick was named the Administrative Division Director of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Young Lawyers Division at the association’s annual meeting on June 22.
The NCBA Young Lawyers Division is open to all NCBA members under the age of 36 and all lawyers within their first three years of practice. The division provides members the opportunity to network with other legal professionals, hold leadership roles within the NCBA and participate in community service projects throughout the year. The Young Lawyers Division has established dozens of service projects throughout North Carolina, including Wills for Heroes, Ask-A-Lawyer Day and the NC Legal Feeding Frenzy.
Quick focuses his practice on complex business litigation, data privacy and municipal law. He represents businesses and local governments in a wide variety of trial and appellate matters and before state agencies in North Carolina and South Carolina. He also serves on the NCBA Litigation Section Council and has previously served as co-chair of the NCBA Litigation Section Pro Bono Committee and as division director of the NCBA Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division.
