Brooks Pierce attorney Shana Fulton was recently appointed to the Environmental Defense Fund’s (EDF) North Carolina advisory board.
The EDF focuses on addressing today’s most urgent environmental challenges involving climate, oceans, ecosystems and health. As a member of the advisory board, Fulton will serve with other members of the community to support EDF’s mission.
Fulton, a former federal prosecutor, represents businesses and individuals in investigations and white-collar and complex civil litigation. She is a member of the Capital City Lawyers Association and a member of the Women’s White-Collar Defense Association.
