Brooks Pierce Attorney Will Quick Named to North Carolina State University Alumni Association Board of Directors
Brooks Pierce attorney Will Quick was recently named to the board of directors for the North Carolina State University (NC State) Alumni Association. The association seeks to promote the growth and well-being of the NC State community while helping current and former students maintain a strong connection to the university.
The board of directors oversees the affairs of the NC State Alumni Association by providing guidance and direction on educational, financial and social matters. The board also leverages marketing efforts, membership services and networking opportunities for alumni association members.
Quick has a diverse litigation and regulatory practice, representing businesses and local governments in trial and appellate matters and before state agencies in North and South Carolina. He also advises clients on the design and implementation of data privacy policies and assists with breach response when necessary. He received his bachelor’s degree from NC State in 2007, graduating magna cum laude and serving as student body president. He has continued to be actively involved with the university since graduating, including serving as president of the NC State Friends of the Library from 2014 to 2016.
