Brooks Pierce partner W. Erwin Fuller, Jr. was recently inducted into the Herb Falk Society by the Greensboro Bar Association. The induction was announced at the association’s monthly meeting on March 15.
The Herb Falk Society honors members of the Greensboro Bar Association who provide at least 75 hours of pro bono service annually. The society was named in honor of Herbert S. Falk, a Greensboro lawyer who dedicated much of his career to pro bono work.
Fuller has over 50 years of experience at Brooks Pierce, focusing his practice on real estate and estate administration and planning. He is an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, serving as the chair-elect of the Senior Lawyers Division. In 2017, Fuller was recognized by the North Carolina Supreme Court for contributing more than 50 hours to pro bono service in 2016. He has provided significant pro bono services to local community organizations such as First Presbyterian Church in Greensboro and Hospice of Greater Greensboro.
