Holiday Shoppers Beware: Drone's can't fly "anytime, anywhere"

Reporter Lauren Ohnesorge with the Triangle Business Journal recently spoke with partner Stephen Hartzell about the responsibilities that come with this high-tech gift.
Hartzell says hobbyists need to understand they can’t fly “anytime, anywhere.”
“Consumers should not use drones to invade privacy, take surreptitious photographs, annoy or harass other people,” he says. “They should fly only where it is safe and appropriate to fly.”
