James Bobbitt Featured in Triangle Business Journal Article on COVID-19 Employment Issues

Brooks Pierce attorney James Bobbitt was recently interviewed by the Triangle Business Journal discussing employment issues that have risen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The article, “What employment lawyers in NC are telling their clients about the coronavirus,” provides insight into what employment issues businesses are facing in light of the COVID-19 crisis. Employers must continue to follow CDC guidance to ensure their workplace is safe during this time.

Bobbitt counsels employers of all sizes in a wide range of employment law matters, and represents them in litigation in state and federal courts. He also represents businesses facing litigation for complex business matters. Bobbitt is admitted to practice in Kentucky and is currently seeking admission to the North Carolina State Bar.
