Leading North Carolina law firm Brooks Pierce is excited to announce that Monique Grant has joined the firm as an administrator for both the Raleigh and Wilmington offices. She will oversee day-to-day operations for the firm in those locations including human resources, finances and facilities management.

Grant has more than 20 years of experience in legal administration with a focus on staff training and retention, and has worked in law offices and investment firms in North Carolina, New York and New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree in administration of justice from Rutgers University and received a paralegal certificate from Adelphi University. She is a member of both the Association of Legal Administrators and the International Paralegal Managers Association. She is involved in 10,000 Mentors and Dress for Success, two organizations that seek to actively empower women.
