The Labour Law Practice Group allows for the exchange of both knowledge and experience and hosts meetings and programs to discuss such issues as employment contracts; reorganization and international restructuring; termination and severance payment; international transfer of employees; expats; the influence of collective labor agreements; and harmonization and unilateral amendment of employment conditions.
Located in the firm’s Raleigh office, Goodson focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling management clients on a variety of employment-related issues. Additionally, she prepares non-compete, confidentiality, independent contractor and employment agreements and assists clients in conducting effective workplace investigations regarding employee misconduct and inappropriate behavior.
