Leading law firm Brooks Pierce is pleased to announce that Allison Fulp has joined the firm has a staff attorney, primarily supporting the corporate and real estate practices.

Fulp has experience advising clients in various real estate transactions. She assists in land sales, acquisitions, refinancing and construction loans. She also has experience collecting and evaluating due diligence materials, drafting title opinions and closing documents, and performing transaction closings.
On the corporate side, Fulp assists clients in LLC, LLP, corporation and sole proprietor business entity formation. She has experience preparing and filing business formation documents and manages filing requirements and notices as Registered Agent.
Fulp has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina and a juris doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
