In an article published in the Greater Wilmington Business Journal print edition and online, Brooks Pierce attorneys Charles Baldwin and Gabby Supak explained what companies can do in response to and in preparation for ongoing tariff changes.
Baldwin and Supak discussed the legality of the announced tariffs, including how they are likely to be challenged through the World Trade Organization, before shifting to a few tactics companies should consider adopting moving forward. Baldwin uses his broad experience in cross-border transactions to advise businesses on international law, venture capital and transactional matters.
Supak focuses her practice on a range of corporate and business matters including complex business litigation, regulatory proceedings, and entity formation.
