Brooks Pierce Director of Recruiting and Professional Development Speaks at NALP’s 2024 Professional Development Institute

Brooks Pierce Director of Recruiting and Professional Development Shannon DeGennaro spoke on December 5 at the National Association for Law Placement’s (NALP) 2024 Professional Development Institute in Scottsdale, AZ. DeGennaro was part of a panel discussion on the topic of “Lean and Effective: Mastering PD Success with Limited Resources.”

NALP is an association of over 3000 legal career professionals who advise law students, lawyers, law offices, and law schools in North America and beyond.

DeGennaro is responsible for all aspects of law school and lateral recruiting and hiring, including conducting outreach and programming at top law schools to bring the best legal talent to the firm. She also oversees the summer associate program and associate integration. DeGennaro brings her experience in professional development, career counseling, and coaching to the firm’s associate development programs.
