Brooks Pierce Partner Joins Fund Board for the Morehead-Cain Scholarship Foundation
Brooks Pierce partner Shana Fulton recently joined the Fund Board for the Morehead-Cain Scholarship Foundation.
The Morehead-Cain Scholarship Foundation provides a four-year, fully funded educational experience for students of the highest caliber at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. It also offers life-changing summer enrichment and Discovery Fund experiences, such as international research opportunities.
Fulton represents businesses and individuals in criminal and civil litigation, under government investigation or in conducting internal investigations. As a defense attorney and former Assistant U.S. Attorney, she has experience litigating and investigating high-profile and complex matters at all levels of federal and state trial courts. She is actively involved in the community, including serving on the North Carolina Bar Association’s Section Council for the Antitrust and Complex Business Disputes Section, participating as a member of the Growing Environmental & Conservation Leaders of Color and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association.
